​Based on our down-to-earth examples from our consultancy projects and research cases, we offer courses within Complexity Management, Product Platform Development, and Product Configuration. The courses range from a one-hour speeches, to a one-day appetizer course, and further on to several days’ extensive seminars useful in corporate training programs. We use a mix of theory and case insights spiced up with visual models and overviews.

Roleplaying Workshops – Learn by trying

An excellent way of learning new things is by trying it out. We offer customized roleplaying workshops where participants will be put in staged situations and will have to choose between different courses of actions. Participants will get the chance to try out different courses of actions and discuss pros and cons with their colleagues, resulting in a consensus on how to behave in a future situation.

Complexity Game – Learn by playing

​With our one-day Complexity Game, you and your colleagues will be playing around in a world of toy cars while gaining new insights on how to manage complexity and planning your product portfolio. You will be both entertained and educated.
Divided in teams of four to five, you will play the role of a manufacturing company and compete against your colleagues in other teams. You will have to design and develop a series of product variants and bring them to the market place. Your success will depend on how well you respond to customer needs, how fast you do it and how much money you spend along the way.
At the end of the day, we will discuss the situation of your own company, and transfer the findings of the game to your daily life.
The Complexity Game is useful either as a standalone course, a fun yet serious project kick-off, or simply as a team-building event.
